The mug isn’t dark black as seen in the photos. It’s a faint black and you can see the photos through the black, which defeats the purpose. I had expected the item to arrive on a Saturday as discussed but, it didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The customer service was good in the beginning & they had put together the photos nicely. After I received the item, I reached out to see if there was an issue with the mug & because why was it I could see the photos through the black. I didn’t receive anything back. I don’t recommend this item.
